Prepare: your nacho ingredients, including chopped veggies (we cooked with an onion, and layered on tomatoes and avocado on top), shredded cheese (we used chipotle cheddar for extra kick) and whatever tortilla chips you prefer.
Step 1: Line cast iron with tin foil.
Step 2: Layer tortilla chips in with your cheese and veggies needing to be cooked.
Step 3: Cover with loosely fitted tin foil.
Step 4: Place on stove over medium heat and cook for approx. 5-7 minutes, basically until your cheese is melted, but before the chips on the bottom start to burn.
Step 5: Cover with any veggies not needing to be cooked and salsa and ENJOY!
